Search by database, publisher or source jurisdiction. Open a record to see its published update schedule, processing date and last recorded data change.
The collection includes risk lists and supporting datasets used to enrich records. RegScreener returns candidates within the sanctions, PEP/related-person and adverse-information topics you select. Inclusion in this catalogue does not mean every record is returned by every check.
“Source jurisdiction” describes the publisher or list, not the nationality of everyone it covers. A UK or UN sanctions list can name people worldwide. Categories group published tags and collection memberships; a database may appear under more than one type.
Collection frequency is the published processing schedule, or the published frequency where no detailed schedule is supplied. “Last processed” is not the same as a new designation, a changed record or the time your portfolio was checked. Historical and unscheduled sources are labelled explicitly.

Register coverage is UK-only. A company check does not automatically sanction-screen every director or PSC; select and screen the relevant individuals separately. Missing source data is not treated as proof that a role or permission has been removed.
Liveness and face matching are included in the combined identity journey. Each component has its own result and warnings.
Each component answers a different question. View the checks, possible warning signs and the evidence returned to your team.
Accepted countries, document subtypes and verification methods depend on the enabled journey. A camera check requires the person’s participation. Standalone liveness is not offered for new requests.
Collection schedules are not instant alerts or guaranteed freshness. Reports record available freshness evidence; failed or incomplete checks need review.
Traceable sources. Separate check outcomes. Recorded reviews and decisions.
RegScreener supports due diligence; compliance also depends on your firm’s policies, assessment and follow-up. A result is not a compliance guarantee.
A defensible decision needs more than a pass or fail. It needs identifiable sources, proportionate checks, review of exceptions and a record of the action taken.
Review document, address and — where selected — liveness and face-match results separately. Keep the assessment and resolve warnings before relying on it.
Supports identity-evidence reviewCheck selected sanctions, PEP and adverse-information topics. Compare possible matches with identifiers and source records; a candidate is not a confirmed match.
Supports risk assessment and escalationSchedule repeat screening and review changes. Investigate incomplete runs and freshness warnings; choose intervals appropriate to the relationship.
Supports ongoing due-diligence reviewKeep reports, source references, review notes and recorded decisions together. Apply the retention policy and access controls required for your business.
Supports audit and record keepingRegScreener supplies checks and evidence. Your firm remains responsible for the suitability of the verification service, risk assessment, enhanced due diligence, any transaction monitoring or reporting duties, and required record retention. A screening result does not guarantee compliance.
