CHECKS THAT WORK TOGETHER

Useful on their own.
Stronger together.

Choose the checks your due-diligence process needs, with tools to manage the results and document what happens next.

COMPANY & REGISTER CHECKS

Does the company’s story
match the registers?

Compare business details with Companies House, the FCA Register and applicable ICO records. Identify differences, review registration status and examine available ownership information.

FOR YOUR TEAM

A structured starting point for checking customers, intermediaries, appointed representatives and other business relationships.

IDENTITY & ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Check the documents.
Connect them to the person.

Check supported identity documents and proof of address. Add selfie liveness and face matching to help establish that the person is present and matches the photograph on their ID.

FOR YOUR TEAM

Send a completion link or use the staff-assisted document journey. Camera checks are completed by the individual concerned.

SANCTIONS, PEP & ADVERSE INFORMATION

Identify the matches
that need your attention.

Screen individuals against available sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP) and structured adverse-information datasets. Assess possible matches using personal details and source context.

FOR YOUR TEAM

Evidence to help assess customers, directors and people with significant control, with the final decision in your hands.

MONITORING & AUTOMATED REMINDERS

Keep follow-up
part of the process.

Schedule repeat company and individual risk-screening checks at the frequencies available on your plan. Receive notifications about relevant changes and monitoring issues where configured.

FOR YOUR TEAM

Keep outstanding verification requests and future reviews visible with reminders and review dates.

FLEXIBILITY BUILT IN

Your checks.
Your workflow.

Use the functions individually or combine them around your due-diligence process. From a single enquiry to a portfolio of relationships, organise the checks, evidence and follow-up in one place.

  1. Choose

Select the company, identity or risk checks appropriate to the relationship.

  2. Combine

Build a fuller picture of a company and the relevant individuals.

  3. Record

Review findings and save your decision, notes and supporting evidence.

  4. Follow up

Set supported screening schedules and reminders around your requirements.

ONGOING OVERSIGHT

Set it up.
Stay informed.

Bring multiple monitoring schedules together in one platform. Configure email summaries for screening runs, or notifications when findings or failures need attention. Track screening activity and outcomes, warnings and relevant changes without repeating every task manually.

  • See what ran. Review completed checks, results and monitoring history.
  • See what needs attention. Identify warnings, source failures and changes for investigation.
  • Keep the next review visible. Use reminders for verification follow-up and future reviews.

Monitoring frequencies and notifications depend on your plan and settings. Identity review reminders do not automatically run a new verification.

FROM OCCASIONAL CHECKS TO CONNECTED WORKFLOWS

One platform.
Different ways to work.

Choose the approach that fits your team today, with options to support a larger workload as your needs develop.

MANUAL & AD HOC

Start with one check.

Run individual checks when a new customer, business relationship or review requires them.

BULK SCREENING

Work through a portfolio.

Use CSV imports and bulk company or individual risk screening to manage larger lists on eligible plans.

API INTEGRATION

Connect your systems.

Discuss integrating supported screening functions into your existing systems. API access is available by arrangement on eligible plans.

EVIDENCE, OVERSIGHT & VALUE

Clear evidence.
Flexible costs.

Keep a record you can explain and choose a plan that fits. Bring results, source references, review notes and decisions together, with reports to support management oversight and audits.

Keep the context

Review check outcomes and source context alongside the notes that explain your assessment.

Make decisions traceable

Record reviewer decisions and rationale. Give management, auditors and compliance reviewers a record they can follow.

Reduce repeated administration

Download reports and exports, manage recurring screening and keep follow-up visible as your workload grows.

Choose capacity that fits

Choose a monthly credit allowance, use it across the available checks and add top-ups when needed. Clear credit costs help you plan your spending.

Built around real regulatory expectations

The FCA expects financial-crime controls suited to a firm's risks. Where the Money Laundering Regulations apply, customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring and record keeping are part of the firm's responsibilities. RegScreener supports verification, screening and evidence management within those controls.

PACKAGES

The right capacity.
A clear monthly cost.

Choose a credit allowance for your mix of checks. Company checks use 1 credit; sanctions and PEP screening uses 6; ID and address verification uses 20, or 30 with liveness and face matching.

Maximums assume the full monthly allowance is used for firm checks. Repeat monitoring checks also use credits.

Need more capacity? Top up at £0.15 per credit with an active paid subscription. Minimum 2 credits; top-ups expire after 365 days.

A FEW USEFUL DISTINCTIONS

Clear checks.
Informed decisions.

Understand what each check contributes to your assessment.

Is identity verification the same as sanctions screening?

No. Identity verification checks identity evidence and, where selected, whether the person matches their document. Sanctions and PEP screening looks for relevant records associated with that person. They support different parts of due diligence.

What is the difference between liveness and face matching?

Liveness assesses whether a real person is present during the camera check. Face matching compares their face with the photograph on the ID. The combined verification includes both liveness and face matching.

Does an identity review date automatically run another check?

No. It prompts your team to review the record. A new identity verification requires a separate request. Scheduled company and sanctions screening operates through your monitoring settings.

Does RegScreener make the onboarding decision?

RegScreener provides check results and tools to document your assessment. Your organisation decides whether to accept the customer or business relationship.
